I have not been notified by DHL to collect my passport and more worrisome is that the CEAC visa application status is showing as "Administrative processing" with a last updated date of the 27th. How worried should I be as I was hoping to get my visa back this week so I could fly over the weekend before my classes start on Tuesday?

i guess i have to patiently wait. I was asked to fill supplemental questions form.

does that particularly indicate anything?

Applied for M1 visa

I had a consular interview on 14th October at Mumbai Consulate. 

The visa officer approved my visa. But later, I received a mail stating that my application is refused and was asked to fill a form called supplemental questions.

Currently under administrative process what can I expect?
