Just received Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creationemail on 27th August, 2020, which directed me to create an account at the CEAC website and pay the fees and submit documents. After I logged in with myNVCcase number and invoice ID number, this is displayed under the Summary Information section of the site:
"Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. TheNVCwill notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing."
The email states to pay fees and submit documents - but the fees and application tab is disabled (greyed out) is this normal? Where do I pay the fees to get the process started?
Also I need to add my one year old baby as dependent applicant - should I add him now?
