  1. Your timeline indicates CR-1 visa yet your profile shows K-3, and you post this to Work/Travel prior to green-card.

What visa did you get? CR-1 or K-3?

    CR-1 does not adjust status.

And where did you come up with OS155 in what context are your referring to this?

I know, just fixed my profile, sorry.I first received the welcome letter from the uscis and now they said my os155 was approved. that`s it. Any clue?

    Probably I-551 was approved. I-551 = green-card.

I guess i`ll find out soon...thank you very much. I will write, whenever I get it, what it is.

  4. Yes, for you the most near is Dra. Miriam in Curitiba.

I am from Santa Catarina and I did my medical there too. And after my raio-x and blood test were ready (need to be done there), she sent to me by Sedex my medical..an envelope that is for to be close and just the consulate will open in the day of the interview...

You can call to her secretary and ask what you can (vacines, other exames) do before to go to the interview...

    Good luck

thank you! how long did it take to get the results? Are you still waiting?

Hi there, I`m from Rio, and the doctor I`ll do my exam with, is right in front of the US consulate. It`s worth calling cause you can do everything in a day. He has contact with labs so the results come fast. You should contact his secretary. Just some advice. Good luck

  5. Por favor Gostaria de saber se e possivel ver a data da minha entevista pelo RDJ Number.

Nao consegui encontrar o link no Site se alguem por gentileza puder me mandar o link eu agradeco.

    Obrigada !

    Abraco a Todos !!

Cara Supernova, no site da embaixada americana tem um link so que nao e atualizado, fica meses defasado, mas nao custa tentar. La os processos sao listados por case # e tipo K1, K3, etc. Eu telefonei para o consulado disse o numero do processo e eles me deram a data marcada. Ainda bem, pois a carta com a data da entrevista extraviou.

    Boa sorte

  6. Hey Stabu, thanks for the advice. Very helpfull. How do I get to know, when and what, things has happened to the case?

Firstly, I recommend that you read THIS thred. It can give answers to most (or even all) of your shortcut questions.

In short. Here is a barcode generator, but you NEED to read the directions found on THE THREAD I pointed at above. Othervice you may get an RFE and we don't want that to happen :). You need to fill out the DS-230 (part I only), sign it and it's recommended that you send it to your husband in advance. You can leave the date next to your signature blank if you wish, so that your husband can fill it out for you.

Secondly, I would advice AGAINST sending BOTH a DS-3032 physical form and a DS-3032 e-mail. Sending them both will not help your case, but it may mix the NVC up, causing delayments to your case. You can either send a DS-3032 via e-mail or you can send it to them overnight via USPS the same day it's generated. If you don't get an reply to your DS-3032 e-mail for ten days, you may want to speak with an operator. Miraculously this has helped many of us to get our e-mails accepted the same day or the day after. In some cases you may need to resend the DS-3032 e-mail, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Thirdly, I wouldn't post your whole case number or your address online. Even if most of us are friendly, there may be some stalkers or other illvilling people reading these forums :(.
