I know you're trying to help, but you're actually making this more confusing. 

Can anyone else help us find out how to schedule our interview?

I did a k1 in Kyiv a few years ago.  I am familiar with the embassy 

 

 

We can't even find WHERE to schedule an interview. 

Is there a link somewhere?

I have read EVERYTHING there is to read... that is why I am asking!

That link doesn't answer my question about whether we have to be contacted first by the embassy in order to schedule our interview. 

We have been told many times we have to wait to be contacted by the embassy, okay?

The instructions checklist does not answer my question.

CAN WE SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW WITHOUT HEARING FROM THE EMBASSY???

Our case has been "Ready" for interview for over a month and we haven't heard anything from the Kyiv embassy.

Others who filed in Kyiv AFTER us have scheduled interviews already!

Someone please advise on if we need to wait to be contacted?
