i used received my first NOA today.i dont really know what it means.does it mean that everything is ok?and i check my checkings account.the check that i wrote for CSC,has been cashed.Does this mean that my petition has been approve?please explain anyone...thank you

im also very worried.i sent my in on august 15 and was received on august 20.still no word of what going on.everyday i check if they've cash my check in,but to my dismay nothing.

whats really going on?it would be nice if they just inform us if they lost it or what,since we all got a receipt or a letter back that they received it.

mailed my I-129F august 14,2007. they received it august 20.

Mine got there a week before yours. My check has yet to be cashed. I've been watching it like a hawk since they received it on the 13th.

i paid with a check also.i also have been waiting if the check has been cashed.but it has not.they recieved it on the 20th.

im already worried,i know its has only been 3weeks.

im already planning where we will go on our honey moon.i hope she'll get here before our anniversary,july.

im alittle worried if i filled up all the information right. how long does it usually take for them to send me anything or notify me with any info,like NOA1 or something.i guess im just worried.

I just mailed it today.hope everything will be ok. im second guessing my self if i did everything correct. i was looking at the copies that i sent in.i notice that i made some mistakes like little things, for instance the date. i just wrote 09/22/83 instead of writing the full year.1983.or i didnt make photo copies of everything i sent because i printed extra copies of the forms and save it in the computer. i might sound stupid or paranoid. but i just want everything to be perfect or the best that i can so that there is no delay or mistakes in the process....

I submitted 16, and used photos of us in public places and with family members. I also took care to document the location of each photo, the time and date, and the names and relationships of each person within the photo.

However, this was only secondary evidence. I made sure to include primary evidence which included boarding passes, passport stamps, receipts, i.e. paperwork with both our names on it with dates that showed we were togther and have met within the 2 year period prior to filing.

i dont have any receipts or boarding pass.all i have is passport stamp and pictures.i was in the philippines for 4yrs for college so all i have is pictures and school certificate.so those are my primary evidence.

i used a check. so i would know when it was cashed. with a check, after its cashed you can call the bank & get the WAC# off the back. then register on the uscis website. i read too many threads on VJ about waiting for the noa1, & i'm not patient enough for that.

so there is no preference really?it doesnt matter which form to pay?this will not effect the process time of the petition?

im sending in about 10 pictures of me and my fiance.is this two much or an over kill?what does everybody think?

hey what do you guys think would be better to pay with a check or money order for the I-129F?would it make a difference?will it be faster?

i search the uscis site and i notice that effective july 30 anyone living in oregon have to sent in the I-129F to California.is this right.but in the other link where it states where to file it is till address to Vermont,so which one is it really?anyone know?

how many pictures you guys think that i should send in with my I-129 F.i was planning on sending 15 pictures.you think thats overkill?

second i just receive my fiance's cassport frontal view picture for the I-129F and she is wearing earings in the pictures,the earings are black pearls that

cover her lower earlobes,you know just a typical pearl earing.anyone think this will be a problem?

the earings shes wearing are black pearls so they cover just the lower part of her earlobes.you think this is ok.i check the link but nothing about wearing earings.
