I'm DQ'd March 18th 2021, IR 1 category. Haven't received IL yet. Any advice?

I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat as me; I've been DQ'd for the past 8 months, and my petition date is 03/2020; my case is at NVC with no interview dates. Student visas, tourist visas, and IR5 visa interviews have been given priority at the Consulate over CR1/IR1 visa interviews. Is it possible for me to bring a lawsuit?

I filed  for N 400 last year September 2019, My first interview was canceled which was scheduled in April 2020 but I got my second interview letter in august  for  interview --> approved --> oath ceremony in September 2020, It was in Texas. Give USCIS a call and check what's happening with your application. Hope you get it soon! Good Luck
