Should I have a civil surgeon fill out the vaccination section in the I 693 for ma my AOS interview or just I will bring my vaccination record in french (small card with vaccination date). thanks so much.

I have similar situation, dami...I had medical in March 2008, AOS application in July 2008, less then a year. I did not submit I693, but submitted only copy of DS-3025 listing all shots, done by Russian doctor (although it is in English). IDd not get any RFE's on that. Now - interview is in April. Will they ask for I693 then? I know that Dr Arlnold - texas, could transfer DS-3025 to I693, but do I need that, since they already looked at my papers and did not asked for it?

Bill, thanks for the info I do now my case was received at NVC cause we got the letter on saturday with date January 10. The letter has the INS receipt number and a new case number that starts with LMA2008 which I asume it means LIMA...

Petition sent 7/20/07, received by VSC on 7/23/07...

168 days....? each day felt like a month to me......

No RFE, no touches....I knew my petition was perfect even before they even have looked at it.....

NO lawyer could make it better, because I did for me and my dear love.....

And so much waiting still ahead....

WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!! THEY MAILED NOA2 on 1/9/2008.

And you know with a feeling of great relief, I feel so much pain and bitterness...For me, for my dear beloved fiancee...FOR ALL of YOU still waiting...

WHY? Why would they do it this way? WHy would they make people who are really at the high point of their love and desire for each other go thru 168 (in my case) or even more days of suffering apart in pointless waiting...And this is while that actual review would only take minutes of time!!!

My case was spottless...better then any laywer could ever make...NO one question came up....they just happend to keep it in the dust for almost 6 month...In the dark dusty room where they have placed all of our amazing feeling for each other, all our hearts, burning with love, all our lives , put on hold...

I still do not understand and probably never will....As i bet many of you who is on this journey with me and my love...

Bless you all for I know you all are very strong, if dared to even start, knowing how it is....

I wish you all be together with your SO, and I wish you all so much real happiness, it will help you forget all this absurding waiting they made you go thru....

Link in your timeline opens for me list of 2 spreadsheets, none of them would opem. THe message on the bottom of the page says - done but with errors on page, but I can see nothing at all....?

Like osmosis I am really surprised too - generally I pick things up when I do them so actually picking anything up about post NOA2 is amazing!!!

I was doing the comfort food thing too, until last week one day before I found out about NOA2 something clicked mentally and I went on full on diet/ change of lifestyle. And than the NOA2 came so it was that extra something I needed to stick to it. I keep healthy snacks in, healthy everything and if I get hungry I have something. That is key. Its is working though 3 lbs in 7 days, the rest will go slower proably 1.5lbs a week i would think.

Chin up, be postive, think about how much better you will feel when you chose to watch the foods etc... since we have no control over USCIS, but we can take control over this. WE CAN DO IT!!!!

I really hope so - all this waiting is getting tedious!!! You want to be my diet buddy?! I find having someone to encourage you etc is really helpful and comparing notes etc can help too! I'm prolly not going to manage much over the next couple weeks as Jeremy will be here and we have Christmas etc but I really need to sort something out as I am too scared to weigh myself as I know I have put on weight!! That is a really bad sign

Our petition (Igor & Eva, Russia) listed in September.

Although our documents were somewhere in trailer until September 12th before they issued NOA1, our NOA1 RECEIPT DATE is stated as 7/26/07. I was repetedly told by USCIS that they will go and process by this date. (Petition was actually signed for on 7/23 in their mail room.)

In any rate I consider myself to be a July Filer. Please place me accordingly.

After 45 days I do not know my case # and when I call they just tell me wait 90 days...

THe only good thing I have FEDEX confirmation with A.Scot signature on it. And same guy signed for other petitions. He works for VSC. SO...Where is my petition? Any Ideas?

I was always considering NOA1 the date I got my receipt number, but I guess it is the date "received" on the USCIS website which would be 7-18-2007.

I still don't have a NOA1 Hardcopy yet...

They received our petition in CSC on July 18th. Still no NOA1 Hardcopy.... anyone else having a long wait for the hardcopy like this??

Hi! It's the first time I'm posting here.. I hope you can get it! When did you send your petition? We sent July 25th and until now we have no idea how the process is going on.. we send as money order.. so we don't know if it was cashed..

From what I gather anyone filed mid-late july are having to wait quite a while for NOA1. It seems the SC's are bogged down due to pre fee increase rush. I just hope things speed up. By the end of this week I'll have taken the plunge and booked my wedding date!!!

I don't know if I'am just so unlucky or what, but I sent my 129F on 7/20 and have a record of them signed for it on 7/23. It will be a full month soon but nothing happend. No check, and of course no NOA1. What if they lost it? I'm really worried since a lot of peple that sent theirs at a later dates already recieved their receipts or at least checks have been cashed.

Well I guess if it was lost on the way from mail room to the store room, I will know about that in 3 month, and then I could refile, and wait another 3 month to check on it and so force.... What can I say... And you know what ...She said something like - "we received millions !!! of application due to fee increase in end of July" - what a BS, just show me that they know nothing about what is really going on. And if you wanna try to call Vermont - guess what - they do not have any phone number published anywhere but Premium Processing, which does not even applies to K1.

Mine was received at VSC on 7/23. My NOA1 was issued on 7/31 and recieved by me on 8/4. USCIS issues press releaeses and in one I referenced above, the release stated that for I129F petitions received on or before 7/27 had their NOA1s issued. There was a link provided to that publication.

I don't have my NOA1 with me, but there is an 800 # on it that is supposed to be for VSC. I can PM it to you later if you like?
