1.The i-485 was for 2 years green Carr

2.I click NO .They were not filling with me

3. Yes they entered with b1/b2 visas

4.I will be due for my N400 by the end of the year.

5. I put my kids names on i-751 application form and I click NO they are not filling with me.

  I brought my kids to USA with visiting visa. When I was filling my adjustment of status I included thier names on the forms but couldn't file for them because of financial constraint.

Now that that I have my 10 year green card;

1.Can I file for them without my spouse. If yes

2. What forms do I need to fill

3. What are the supporting documents needed

Hello Everyone! If someone has been been a conditional resident since January 2019 and  permanent resident march 2021 through marriage. Got married October 2017. When do you think the person will be eligible for N400?

I will appreciate if anyone can help with this question. I am asking this question on behalf of my friend.

      My friend got his 10 year green card since November last year.

   Can he file for his kids independently with his US spouse? His 4 kids are under 18. What would be the forms he needs to fill, amount and supporting documents?

01/19/2021 - Case was approved

01/18/2021 - new card being produced

12/14/2020 - biometric letter received 

11/14/2020 - check was cashed

10/27/2020 - package was received in AZ

10/26/2020 - sent package

Hello. I am trying to find out if both IDs must  be submitted(compulsory) .My spouse kids lives with his godmother .His godmother address is on his ID because of his kids...while were we both live , that  address is on my ID .Should I submit both IDs with different addresses?       I am a bit confused about the earliest filling date for form i-751. When the calculator on the USCIS writes: The earliest date you may file your form i-751is 10/20/2020. Should I take my package to post office this very date or my package should arrive at USCIS on the above date. I need some help please.
