    Hi all,

I've been doing some research on VJ and was reading about the DS-156 form and i'm a little confused, when will I have to fill out this form, is it available to download and will I have to send it or take it to the embassy with me?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello!

My Fiance and I will be starting the K-1 process very soon. We were wondering when would be the best time to order the police report, and for how long it is valid??

    Thank you so much!!

    Hello all!

I posted a similar question earlier, but I am still unclear.

I am almost done with my college career, and will begin student teaching in January. I will have a job on the weekends, and will be working part time at the college.

When I submit the I-134, will I need to include letters from both employers even though they are not full time? Do you recommend that I include a letter explaining that I will have a full time job once I graduate?

Thank you all again! Visa Journey has been so helpful!!

  9. I am in my last year of college, and planning to start the K-1 Visa process in January. I think my fiance and I will need a co-sponser, since we don't know if I will have a full time job before our petition goes through. But I still have a few questions:

Will my co-sponser need to fill out the k-1 visa petition with me?

What forms will my co-sponser need to complete?

Will my co-sponser need to attend the final interview with my fiance and me?

If anyone can give me more information on having a co-sponser that would be wonderful!

    Thank you in advance
