So for those who went through with the lawsuit, how did they even get in the country? If they were under the ban, the issuing of the visa doesn’t give them freedom to enter the country iirc, so did they quarantine somewhere else for 14 days? I’m just confused on how they got physically into the country

If the K1 still isn't granted by Q1 2021, can you negotiate with your wedding vendors about moving the dates, so you don't lose your deposits?

Thank you for your response. This is what we’re most likely gonna try to do, we’re hoping they will be flexible with enough notice

To go get married in the UK or for the CR1?

I was doing some reading and found that I can apply for a ‘Marriage Visitor Visa’ for the UK which takes 2-4 weeks to approve. I am playing with the idea of applying for this and going to marry my fiancée in the UK in December so she will officially be my spouse. We have multiple wedding deposits for our wedding in the USA on July 31, 2021 and I am starting to worry that we will lose these if she is not allowed in the country by that time. What are the drawbacks to cancelling our K1 (we lose the $500 but that’s less than our wedding deposits) and restarting with the CR1 in January? 

Super late to the party but my fiancee and I received our NOA1 in June! Started doing research as we are getting nervous about our planned wedding next year and found this forum!
