    Medical horror experience @ St. Lukes SEXUAL HARRASMENT!!!

    My fiancee who lives in the Visayas region, had her medical march 3, was asked to comeback the following day for results/releasing of her xrays etc...following day she's waiting for her name to be called for 4 HOURS! she asked about 15 times to some guy taking care of the receipts or whatever, what the hold up was? because the 3 fiancees, who she befriended, got theirs with no delay, mind you she has a plane to catch 430pm, well, come to find out some PSYCHOPATH WHO WORKS ON THE 2ND FLOOR, PURPOSELY 'MISPLACED' HER PAPERS/RECIEPT, BECAUSE GET THIS, HE LIKES HER!! THIS GUY GOT HER CELL PHONE # FROM THE REPEIPT, AND HAS SINCE, REPEATEDLY TEXTED HER SEXUAL ADVANCES!! BAD ENOUGH I HAD TO PAY FOR HER TO CATCH ANOTHER FLIGHT THE FOLLOWING DAY, BUT NOW THIS?! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, IM NOT LETTING THIS #### SLIDE! I WANT AN APOLOGY TO MY FIANCEE, WHO HAS BEEN A MESS THIS WHOLE WEEK, I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE FLIGHT, AND I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE, HE WORKS AT THE 2ND FLOOR OF ST LUKES, HE IS NOT A DOCTOR, SHE KNOWS HIS NAME, IT SLIPS MY MIND RIGHT NOW.

    CENOMAR still not ready, interview monday march 3

    fiancee went to her medical last monday march 3rd, no problems, her interview is monday march 10, problem is the CENOMAR paper she filed in JANUARY still is not ready! will she be denied entrance at the 'gate', without this certificate?she lives in Visayas, is it worth flying out there taking a chance? should i just reschedule? how do i reschedule? how long are her 'medical' results from march 3 valid for? is she going to have to do the medical over? :help:

    My fiancees' medical is march 3 monday and interview is scheduled march 10. she lives in Cebu. she will be leaving cebu sunday march 2 and wants to return back to cebu the following day after her medical. the only flight available flight out of manila is 4pm. is it safe to buy a ticket?how long will it take?will the medical be done with by, say 2pm? thx

    Most consulates if deny for that reason tend to hold the visa petition, and give you a chance to get a co-sponsor, or add assets to the I-134 to improve your financial picture, they don't outright send the case back to the USCIS.

    thank you for the timely response! 1 last question, she has a child from a previous relationship (child is under 21), she isnt bringing her kid with her at this time, but in the future she would like to petition him, will that affect/raise the bar on the 'level of support' at this time? or until i file for a K3 in the near future?

    hi new to the forum been browsing for the past week. i was thinking about applying for the k1 before they jack the prices up in the next weeks. i am in the process of getting a new job, a higher paying job, comfortably above the 'poverty line', my CURRENT job is just above the 'poverty line' that doesn't look good at all to the consulars in the philippines and worries me, my question is if i am denied for 'lack of support', do i have to pay 'processing fees' again? do i start from scratch when i reapply? thx in advance SALAMAT:) MABUHAY
