    I am in the process of wrapping up the I-864 form but have been somewhat unsure of what I should put down for my income in Part 6 Item 16a-c. I have not been working for the last few years so my income is 0. However, my spouse and I filed our taxes jointly so on the tax return transcript I downloaded it obviously shows his amount under Total Income. Now my question is, 2024 I will put the amount down as it's shown on my tax return transcript (his total income). For 2023 and 2022 do I put down N/A or 0?

    I am doing an AOS for my Canadian spouse but he was not issued an I94 when he crossed the land border from Canada a few months ago. I am at a loss on what to put down for the different parts on the various forms that request I94 Status and #. I am only able to access his Travel History without an indication of status, on the I94 CBP website while the I94 says "No record found of traveler". I wrote a letter explaining this and will attach the printed out travel history that I was able to access. Will this be an issue and cause an RFE, and will I need to submit an I102 and pay the exuberant fee?
