 For the proof of domicile they didn’t ask me to submit but I remember they asked proof of domicile of my sponsor (petitioner). Which is my brother so he submitted his voting document as proof of domicile.

You need to write them a letter explaining them that English Nikah Nama is official document as per laws of Pakistan just like Urdu Nikah Nama. Attach your scanned copy of Nikah Nama and nadra marriage certificate and make a single pdf file.  Then go to nvc inquiry website upload this letter over there. And resubmit your rejected documents at the nvc portal.

Thank you for the response. So did you also upload the letter in the same attachment as marriage certificate on CEAC? Or did you only submit the letter via NVC public inquiry portal? Can you also tell me what did you submit for proof of domicile? I have driver license and bank statement only. Is that good? JazakAllah

I am in a dilemma. For Pakistan, we have 3 marriage certificates, what is the best way to upload them on CEAC Portal? Is it better to upload Urdu and English together and NADRA registration as a separate document or all in one file? Has anyone been rejected for doing one way or the other?

Also, I have a question about uploading other documents such as educational record and ID cards for which there is no defined category.Can I upload it under "others" document without worrying about getting it rejected?

Hi, Can you tell us if your Nikah Nama submission with explanation was accepted by NVC? I am in the same situation and need help. Please advise what should be included in the explanation letter? Should I get it notorized as well?

we had the same problem. Our English nikkah nama was rejected by the NVC then we called them and explained them that this Nikkah nama is valid and Pakistan issues nikkah nama in both languages I.e Urdu and English 

We were asked by the NVC to  re-upload the English Nikkah nama and NADRA marriage certificate with an explanation letter. We did that and NVC accepted our documents and Documentary qualified us

Soo don’t get an Urdu nikkah nama, just re-upload the English one with an explanation letter.

We called USCIS and we got an email with instructions on where exactly to send the evidence to support our expedite request.  The info was specific to the service center processing our I-130 petition.

 

Yes, I received an email asking for evidence but it did not say where to send the evidence. I called them again to ask and they told me I should receive a call back from tier 2 officer. 2 days later, I received an email saying that I can use the online account to upload documents but it was a generic response about their online account functionailty. My case is at California service center. I am completely lost at this time about how to send the evidence. There is a mailing address in the email I received. I don't know if I should send documents to that mailing address.

I would like to know if anyone else see the same status when they check their case status. It has been like this since december 2019 when I filed the case online. This is very concerning. Is my case just sitting and collecting dust?

I would consider that dead, although it seems like some continue to promote it, especially lawyers who can make an easy buck preparing the paperwork for their clients.
