I just got notified my petition has been rejected because I used a foreign address for 'Petitioners mailing address'

I need to use my US address like you both have done.  hopefully I will have better luck next time.

This is completely incorrect. Many people - including myself - have filed from overseas successfully. I got my NOA1 in about 2 weeks.

Maybe that's why it's late I wonder? We put my fiance's parents address in the U.S., so they'll send noa1 to the address?

I put my correspondence address as an overseas address. Would this be why I have not received NOA1 after three weeks? I also filed the G-1145

It has been little over 3 weeks and they have not charged me. I am not in-country and used the g-1450. no charge to my credit card

Sent and delivered Aug 24. Have not received NOA1
