    I just finched talking to an operator < nvc> he said my wife get amn interview on december 18th :dance: ,i just want to chare with you this good news thanks to everyone here in visajourey

    Hi simo! Mabrouk! My wife's case got completed on 29th Oct, I called this morning and was told that there is no scheduling yet on our case. Did you call before now and was told same as me? I kinda lost hope for Dec interview but seeing your time, hope just cropped up again to the surface.

    my case was complated on october 25th,almost likr yous,i caled one time before it was on the begining of the month,i've been told to call back on the 15th ,that what i did, good luck to you

    Simo,

    I've noticed you are going for CR1/IR1 visa in this case, NVC should have sent all the required documents:original and translations to Casa, however, it's always a good idea to take backup copies (original and trans) in case they have lost or misplaced your documents. I believe since Sama27 was going for K3 she/he was required to bring docs to the interview, but in your case, all the processing was done at NVC and therefore they should have all what they need unless they missed something. If you have not submitted "casier juridique", I would highly recommend you to take one with you to the interview. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi every one can anybody tell me what documents are needed for the casablanca interview,do we have to collect same documents that we just sent the the nvc with the ds 230 if yes it get to be the original or just copies thanks

    i unfortunately do not have a answer for your question, but i was wondering if i could ask you a question.

    my fiance lives in fez, and does not speak very good english. i heard that the consulat gives interviews in arabic, but i was wanting to know if you knew if that was true or not?

    Hi, yes for sure she can have her interview in arabic they provide the translation, i knew that for fact,but the question is how do you commnicate do you speack arabic??if not they will ask her that question communication.. be ready for that.good luck

    Hi everybody.

    after my interview the consular officer requested a co-sponsor.

    my question is for ppl that have been in similar situation or were givin section 221 (g) and requested to submit other documents,how long did you wait after submitting the doc for the consulate to review and issue the visa ?

    hi tarik i'm sorry to hear that,that you still need more document,i hope that you it done soon,but it's still not clear to me how they aprouved the affidavie of suport here and they complated the case and consulate found something missing there??i hope you can clear it thanks

    I don't get it either.cuz we called the NVC when they were processing the affidivat of support and they said even my wife didn't work enough last year so her income wasn't enough that its alright but she has to send proofs that she's working full time now and that she makes enough.so thats what we did and my wife submitted letters from employers stating she makes over 31 000 dollars a year and that she has a full time jobs.after that the NVC approved the affidivat of support but in the interview the consular officer said we need a co-sponsor.I think they didn't even look at the employment letters but it doesn't matter anyway I submitted the doc for a co-sponsor last week so I hope they will reveiw them soon and issue the visa.

    As per your most recent concern above-mentioned:

    DS230

    Go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html, select the embassy your spouse will be going through from the drop-down menu and click on the Request Instructions button. An alert box will pop up telling you that you will now be directed to either Appointment Post or Standard NVC processing instructions. Click on OK, and on the next page, click on "Download all the immigrant visa instructions on [standard/Appointment] NVC Processing Instructions." A PDF document will load. If you are going through Appointment Post NVC Processing, the list on the first page of the document under the topic heading "Documents the applicant needs to obtain and submit" will list the documents you will have to send into NVC with the DS-230 (The spouses of those going through Standard NVC processing will generally still have to obtain the same documents, but they will be brought to the embassy, which will provide the instructions as to those documents after it sets the interview date.)

    do you mean i should semd them the ds230 with the documentations??

    Hi everybody i called the nvc last week and they told me that they recieved iv bill for cr1 and they told me to wait for instructions packet,this week i'm calling the automatique system is saying that the nvc is waiting for BIOLOGY form from the third party???my question who is the third party

    i'm the husband and the choise of egent

    i made i mastake with ds3032,by mastake my wife put my sister as an choise of egent( we have same address in usa) and i sent them the other ds3032.i thaught that cope is for me,like i'm an agent on my self,by the way i recieved the iv bill and i864 as a choise of egent of my wife please help

    hi everyone, ithis is my first time posting a question,first of all i would like to thnink each one of you,you helped me so much,my question to the poeple who are dealing with moroccan embassy,or knows about them,what is Court and Prison Records??? my wife never been in jail or any court,does it need it,if so from where she can get it ,thanks again hope to hear from you soon
