Knowbody got any idea???
I've just recently received my AP documents. Yes, you tick "d" as you have done. I also put unknown for date of travel etc, but I stated why I wanted the AP in my letter. I have elderly parents back home and I wanted the AP in case there was an emergency and I needed to travel without it affecting my AOS.
Is there a sample somewhere of the seperate piece of paper explaining how you qualify for advance parole? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to write on this paper.
There are guides here that tell you how to fill out the form, however, I really think people need to keep it simple. It says in part 7 to write on a separate piece of paper how you qualify for Advance Parole. For me, the fact that I have elderly parents, qualified me as if there was an emergency I would like to travel home without it affecting my status. I guess you just need a simple and good reason.
Also I did actually put "unknown" for travel dates, as how would you know when there was going to be an emergency.

I just put "unknown" for intended departure date.
If you have a valid reason for applying and write that on a separate piece of paper you shouldn't have any trouble. I didn't.
