  1. Mine went yesterday also. She arrived at 6 AM and was given number 323. She finished up after 15 hours at 9 PM. Due to the Monday holiday it must have been an unusually busy day. She goes back on Wed for two immunizations.

  2. I did mine several times also as I had to tweak little things here and there. As others have correctly said, the bar code is not saved online. They first time it is used is when it is scanned in the day of the interview.

If memory serves me correctly, once you have completed the electronic form and have hit the continue button, the electronic form is converted into a PDF. This file you can save and keep for printing at a later date. You cannot edit it however. There should be a small icon in the upper left that looks like floppy disk. This is the "save" button.

  3. First, for those reading this thread and do not know, make sure you archive all of your chats. If you are using Yahoo! IM, navigate the menus to Messenger --> Preferences --> Archive. Check the box that says "Yes, save all of my messages".

If using Windows XP, the archived chats will be stored in the folder C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\<your Yahoo! ID>\Archive\Messages\<your Fiancee's Yahoo ID>. If you are using Vista, they will be stored in C:\Users\{WindowsUsername}\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\<your Yahoo! ID>\Archive\Messages\<Fiancee's Yahoo!ID>.

If you are willing to spend $10, you can buy a program which will allow you to print out all of your archived chats at one time. I bought a copy of WackyB Yahoo! Messenger Archive Viewer and downloaded it instantly. It saved me a lot of time. Google it or email me for the URL.
