Hello

I've been asking myself this for a time now, and I'm hoping someone here has a better idea on this.

Me and my current employer are on the process of getting me and my wife the green card. We are in the advertising phase.

recently I got a job offer from another company and they are aboard on continue the green card process.

Is this possible? Can I continue the green card process with a new employer? Or do I need to re-do everything?

Go back and show them their own doc, they are wrong.

What's the point on stating how long did it took you to find it?

But anyways, if you read that carefully is says "permanent resident", I'm a TN visa holder, so that makes me a temporary resident.

Good news, is that the DMV send out my paperwork to DHS for the SAVE verification and they call me yesterday to say that everything looked good. They are mailing the temporary license, and I should be getting the regular license within 3-4 weeks.

my attorney submitted the extension paperwork for my I-94, but I'm trying to renew my drivers license with my passport and I797C, but they didn't accepted. I live in Utah. has any one has an issue like this?
