My wife just had her interview couple hours ago.

They have delayed her Immigrant visa due to an insane claim:

*****The claim they have is that I have been divorced before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????

This is insane, I have not only been divorced, I was never ever been with another girl in my life, ever.

My wife is the only girl I have ever talk, touch, married to. That since I was 12 years old. Now 26.

The embassy is in Amman Jordan.

I'm confused, sad, and angry all at the same time. I haven't had much sleep all night fearing that something would happen.

I have got to the point of explosion at this moment. Please help me explain this phenomena.

1. I'm deeply wondering why did wait this long to introduce us to this issue and then delay My wife's visa???????????? WHY???????????????

2. How can I fix it?????

I appreciate your help.

They claim that I have stated a date of a marriage ended on one of forms I sent last year. This is insane I have copies of everything I sent, and my wife does have the same copies.

I can't really believe this My wife I-130 got approved today. Now, I am wondering how fast things will proceed from now on. I need your feedback for how long things should take from this point.
