Hi!

I am an April 2020 filler too and I don't want to upset you but I have been assigned to my office like 10 month ago and nothing moved. for the last three service requests the same answer your application is in the pre processing stage???? we all are stuck and they are giving stupid explanations to everyone. It seems as if our cases got some technical issues, but not archives as they are explaining, because why so many people who filed after us are citizens already? Doesn't make sense.

  OMG! I am so sorry. Well, I have an info pass on Tuesday to see if I can shake anything loose.
  
  I was able to find out that my file has passed the pre processing stage at least. They did a background check back in Jan around the time i received my bio reuse notice. Yeah, I tend to not be too optimistic with these " updates" tho'. LOL
