Im having the same issue on IV fee payment. I also submitted the payment last Aug 3, 2020. AOS fee went through but IV fee did not change status but, the money was deducted from my account. Already submitted proof of payment through “nvc inquiry” and got a response saying “The correspondence is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.” I don’t know how long it would take them to review the submitted proof of payment. It’s really frustrating. It’s been almost a month.

Hey Jomar26. My issue was never fixed. I just went ahead and paid again for my son because the rep at NVC told me it takes them 6 weeks to review the cases and I couldn't wait on that 6 week review so I just paid the $325 again because my wife and other son cases were already at IV application status. Thankfully I was able to complete the process.

Maybe the ds-260 have an issue. You should give them a call. They sometimes take a while to respond to emails.

I sent them an injury with proof of my payments. They emailed me back saying I need to pay another fee for my cases to continue processing. I called yesterday and spoke to a very nice guy who said that is not the response I should have got. He sent the case to a supervisor for review. I'm hoping they fix their website soon cause it's almost 2 weeks now since I've paid. Let me know how your issues works out.

What did they say? Any word why the case is still in process after a week?

Did NVC say they could not assist you or you just gave up because you waited so long on the phone? We have the same issue and woud like to call tomorrow. Fees was paid since last Aug 3rd which is a week as for now. Money was withdrawn from account but NVC's system still showing in process.  

Hi Lima. I spoke to someone from NVC  she said their system is showing in process for my wife and son but my other son its showing pay now. She was like sometimes It would take a while to process she told me to submit an injury to NVC.GOV/INQUIRY showing proof of payments which I did. I'm awaiting their response. 

Anyone able to pay IV FEE- and AOS FEE successfully? I paid 3 separate IV FEE and AOS fee on August 3. Money was deducated from my account too. I check about Friday and  1 of the IV FEE says pay now while the other 2 IV FEE still say in process. Money was taken from my account for each payment. Called NVC today and got no help. So I submitted an injury with images of the payments from my account.

Yeah I keep getting the same issue too. There is more than enough money in my bank account so I dont know whats causing this error. I paid again last night since no money wasn't deducted from my account.
