expiration date is not important. it is the version number.

    Thank you.

I am just worried because I saw one post saying that their I-485 form was rejected because it has 10/31/2021 expiration date.

    I cannot find the post.

I got the NOA and my check was deposited. Do you know if it means that they accepted the form or they could reject after they charged?

  2. I think the I-485 form that is currently on the USCIS website has an expiration date of 10/31/2020.

However, I sent the I-485 form with the expiration date of 10/30/2021, but they have the same edition date.

    Does anyone know about this?

I received the NOA and my checks are deposited already, so does it mean that my application has been accepted without any problems regarding the expiration date?

Does anyone get rejected due to the I-485 form expiration date problems after being charged?

See my signature for my timeline.

People have had mixed results in that it has taken anywhere from 15 to 60 days to receive a response. Give it some more time.

I actually saw a few that have the same USCIS received date as me and they got their notices in 2 weeks whereas mine took a little over 30 days. Also, I sent the form to email/text the confirmations but never received any. I read similar issues on the forum so it looks like they do not always send the notifications so your best bet is to check your bank statement to see when they charge. That is how I found out they received mine.

    Thank you.

I actually called the USCIS and found out that my receipt has been sent out few days ago, but I have not received any texts or emails.

They said it could be due to the current COVID-19 situations.

I looked at my bank account, but mine has not been deposited yet.

There are a few threads, and others who have filed mixed into other topics.  We filed our petition through Chicago and it was received June 25th via FedEx - Our Credit card got charged on July 9th, I received the texts on July 12th and we received the paper NOA1 on July 17.

You will receive a notice for each form you filed.  Did you also file the I-765 and I-131?  They are free to file with the other petitions.

    Thank you.

Yes, I filed the I-765 and I-131 along with I-485.

  5. Hi, I hope that I did not open another forum with the same topics.

I have filed I-130 and I-485 together in June and I have not received a receipt notice yet.

Has anyone who filed in June received a receipt notice?

I filed the G-1145 form, but I did not receive any electronic notice either.

Also, if you concurrently file, do you receive 2 different notices for each forms?
