    Please tell me what happens to my case, I had citizenship interview at 02-24-09, but unitl now I still receive nothing for the swearing. It is normal? What can I do? I knew someone's interview were later than me, he receives a notice for the swearing, but I do not know he is the same lacation with me.

    again! I want to ask for help, since Iam going to sumit the I-751 form soon, I want to make sure it is correct:

    My child is filling a separate petition for I-751 to remove conditions on permanent residence.

    In part 6 "signature," is she the only one who has to sign the form (she's over 18)?

    And where is my husband's signature(he is a citizen)?

    Please help me for this, I will be really appreciate.

    Someone please help me for my case:

    I am a employee at FL.

    Mar 15, 2005 married with my husband (us citizen)

    May 2005 applied for GC

    Jan 18, 2006 – I received 10 years GC, no interview, but my kid: condition GC

    My questions:

    1. My GC is the true 10 years or mistake?

    2. I need to file the I-751 or not?

    3. When my Kid files the I-751 to remove condition for her residence? Where to mail the file and to pay how

    much money?

    4. What documents are needed to attach with I-751?

    Please give me the instructions, I really appreciate for your help.
