I did AR-11 it didn’t ask me for mailing address 

I submitted AR-11 because I changed my address before few weeks .they updated my physical address to the new one , but the mailing address is still the same old address..

What I should do?

Hi, I just moved to new address I know I need to fill form AR11 to change my address but I’m not sure if I need to print it out and send it or if I can just submit it online through my USCIS account.

By the way I filled n-400 by paper not online this why I’m confuse.

Uscis online accounts are very slow ,so call representative they will update them 

Hi do you know if you called an USCIS agent or USCIS officer or technical support?i called USCIS and he transferred me to the technical support and the technical support told me they can’t help me with this and all what they can do is restart the password so she told me to call an USCIS officer .im confused.

Thank you for the link , I do check both websites every day ,when I open this link my case says they processing my application .no more information.

All what I can see on my account home page Since july/21/2020 is:

It’s been like this since I created my account it was (48 hours then it changed to (72 hours) and I still can’t see my information. Also I can’t see the (estimated completion time )or the (estimated wait time) and I never received biometric appointment.is this normal? Thank you
