Called back again and it was back in TX. Come to find out my case was transferred to TX on Jan 24th. No notice or anything. 

The best way for you to know is to submit an expedite request and the last 3 letters of the receipt number will tell you where your case really is, and even then be skeptical but at least you will have something in black and white to calm your nerves if that's possible at all during this process. 

Yeah! They don't send out notice for some transfers. It's best to inquire and ask tier 2 representative regarding the case, they have better understanding where the case is!

I got the info from tier 1.. If you feel the need, ask for tier 2

Call USCIS to check if it still is at TSC or they moved and then check on the timeline at USCIS as well as VJ!

I filed I-130 application for my wife online on 12/04/2019, got a IOE receipt number and NOA1 on 12/06/2019 from Texas Service Center. Since the date for inquiry passed for TSC, I gave them a call and they mentioned that my case is with Potomac Service Center. I never got any notification about case being transferred. The timeline for Potomac are way behind compared to TSC. Did this happen to anyone else?
