Okay..now much more clear..Because my husband was telling me that i will have to fill it because even he- Citizen is filling that form..so I just want to be sure and do not have any probems..

i'm confused a little bit... Do i need to fill I-94 in the plane I'll be traveling with CR-1..or I'll be given to fill something like that when they will be checking my documents?thanks for answers

I've got apointement letter too, and there is also nothing mentioned about DS-230 that I need to fill and bring to embassy..But you never know...

They asking you to fill ds-230 just in case if any information is changed for example your address or something like that.

I cant believe what happened, But i'm sooooooooooooo happy it happened.. the same as you Zil, one day after talking to operator we got tha package with interview date... My oh My!!!!!!!!!!!

Our case was complete next day after Yours but we didn't get interview date- at least yesterday..Because our operator told to call next week- just in case if they will be able to tell more..I can imagine already what they will tell me if they sheduling interviews every second week of the month..wait longer..

Well at the same time I wish best luck for all of You who will be having interviews in January..Do not forget to share Your experience..Fingers are crossed for all of You guys..

we called to NVc to find out interview date but as always can't get to talk to anybody..Message says they sent packet..So it's the one packet with interview date?? or what packet?? our case was complete on 14 of november.. Maybe somebody could explain me?? appreciate that

Can somebody please explain me how everything will be from now on?Our case was completed on 14 of November and of course NVC says to wait 6-8 weeks..But what and about when I could expect to hear from them...So after processing was changed so now we will get only one packet- and it's gonna be interview letter with date from NVC?? Or we still will get two packets with forms that need to be sent back to embassy to get interview date ?Do I need to send embassy DS-230 now or I need to wait for something like for some instruction package???Can somebody please explain me, because I couldn't get to talk with US embassy in WRW and on their homepage they didn't mention about process changes..BIG thanks

If you have I-94 - that is the problem..when I was going to US first time i was told that be sure I-94 will be taken out from passport in other case- although You will be sitting at home , they will be saying that you stayed in US..For some my friends that happened..They were told contact the embassy ASAP if they are at home already..

Our Ds-230 with original docs was entered in to system on 2 of November and completed yesterday..What could be the reall time to get interview date and where we need to call to find out it as now NVC shedules interview date?? what number??I talked to Warsaw embassy and was told that waiting for intrview takes no longer than month and a half but as everything changed now I don't know what to expect.. I'll be very thankfull for answers

Hey guys Well I'm in the same situation as You are..Our DS-230 was entered into system on 2 of November..Message is still the same..Of course I'm also waiting to hear "case complete", but most of all I'm afraid to hear again that they are missing something, because it will take much more longer to finish with them as Christmas is comming although we sent everything they asked , but you know how they are working- loosing docs and so on..As i know they are changing messages on Tuesday so if till till that time they wont change ours to " missing" info I can say i'll be happy.. you better put the same address in #11 as you did on #10 and you will not have any problems..and what about parents death I left empty field and it was ok for them firts time I send DS230 ..Good luck

when we got our first Rfe they asked to send original documents marriage certificate, police report, birth certificate- that's all you need to send if you were not in the military, weren't in prison, and didn't have any previous mariages..But they accepts only originals also do not forget to make copies translate everything it and notarise everything and then everything needs to be send to NvC..also do not leave any empty fields on DS230 form or they will send it back to you..like as women in Lt do not have to go to military I didn't answer 24 question- silly mistake but sad consequence..Good LUCK

MARIYA, the same was with old DS230 version...You can print it regularly..What can I say, yesterday after we mailed DS230 (old version) with original docs I found out about new version. ..and at once sent the new one to my husband- just in case if it will be a problem.. .It would be ridiculous if just because of date they would not accept the documents and send us RFe because everything is the same.. But on the other hand not so long time ago they made changes in process and many of us got RFe and had to send original documents..So NVC already showed what they can do ..So I wouldn't be surpised if once again they would laugh at us...Their game- they making the rules... Dear Pushbrok I undrestand exactly what you are saying BUT, k-3 interview I would need to go to Vilnius usembassy (Lithuania) and for CR-1 visa interview I need to go to Warsaw Poland ..So it's not gonna be that instead of k-3 I might get CR1 interview at the same time..That's why I'm wondering what NVC gonna do with it..If they will hold 129F and still continue CR-1, because we will be sending DS230 form with original documents this week - and it's last step to completion, and then NVC should schedule interview date in WRW...Thanks for answer

we went through all that long NVC process support forms , choise of agent and now DS230 with original docs is on the way to them..and after such long time 129-f aproved- so what NVC gonna do with it??

well thanks for answer but our CR1 was aproved on June and 129-F was aproved week ago..I don't want to play with this k-3 thats why I'm asking if I need to cancel it somehow ? and how? or NVc will do something with it..if not those changes at NVc my case could be already completed , but,..oh well..

Next week we will be sending original docs to NVC, but we have just got our 129-

F NOA2..I'm not sure what NVC will do with it..will they send it to LT and continue K-3 process or hold it- because CR-1 is almoust at the End of process...Maybe we need to contact them and somehow cancel k-3 ..What should we do? at once thanks for answers!
