Fatima should get an interview date by now??

Hey peeps,

Not sure if anybody has done this before, but I emailed the Kingston embassy through an email they had on their website. I was basically asking if they were processing only K1, IR1 etc US citizen sponsored visas but the person replied back to say they were processing all categories currently. I also asked if he/she could tell at what DQ or priority date they were at but didn't get a response related to that. 

So not knowing where they are at doesn't help much I suppose, at least they are processing the F category visas. 😐

My DQ is July 2020 but still receiving the 60 day NVC letters. 

Any updates anyone? 

Are they still only processing K1 and IR1 based visas?

Received another letter from NVC reminding us we are DQ'd and currently waiting on an interview date. The interview or next notice will be within the next 60 days...aka 2022. 😪

Hmm I see. How do you expedite your case and what grounds would it be based on, to be approved for that? If you know.

Seems like it will be a long wait fa real. My wife's PD is October 2017 I believe and DQ'd July 2020. F2A category. 

We got two letters from NVC so far, one in about March 2021 saying they would let us know if we have an interview or not in another 120 days...then recently received another email saying we should hear back from them in another 60 days if an interview is available. So hopefully by august we will hear back from them, but just feel its gonna be another extension again. Has anyone received such emails/letters? 

Based on the email I was hoping that by October/November 2021 we could get an interview date but if persons DQ'd from March 2020 haven't gotten one yet then..... 

Also anyone know if its moving much faster for US citizens that are filing?

Got our DQ July 17. I guess we have a 2-3 month wait due to Covid backlogs 😟
