Hello my parents have their interview on feb 15. In the interview email that my parents received, they asked for following. We are confused whose documents they need? mine the petitioner or my parents the beneficiaries? I don't work i got affidavit of support for them. This is an IR5 visa. If anyone could help I will appreciate. Below is what they asked for.

Your sponsors (petitioner, household members, and joint sponsors), may be required to provide updated or additional information for you to present at your interview, such as: 

o Other Income o Assets • Proof of current employment

Guys I’m really confused about the documents that to be taken to the interview. Hoping you can help. I have a joint sponsor, what documents do I need from him? Do I need his Tax return copy or tax transcript? He only has tax return copy right now. Do I also need to provide his proof of income?

Hello guys I have a question. My husband’s interview is on 3rd Nov. we need to get his medical, I believe for medical they also require polio certificate from an authorized hospital.he lives in Islamabad does anyone know where he could get polio vaccine or certificate. If anyone has gone through the visa procedure already can you please advise what else he needs for interview.

I finally received my IL today!!!! Dq’d Sept 22 interview is on Nov 3rd

Does anyone know when they send out new ILs this month. They've covered till sep 21'20 so far right?

Your birth certificate

Your FRC, make sure you have this, they can delay your visa if you forgot FRC

Your Nikka nama from union council + from Nadra 

previous original divorce from union council and nadra,

your passport 

record and proof of you relationship, pictures, call log, chat whatever you have. (We saved all of call logs on word doc showing our phone numbers.) 

 

All the documents from your US spouse/fiancé, you just need copies, such as their naturalization, their US passport, their previous divorce, their birth certificated from US or Nadra, job letter from their job if he/she is working, 

affidavit of support with tax returns. If there is s co-signer, you do need proof of their residency in US, such as copy of their green card or naturalization and their passport and their 3 years tax returns.

 

If fiancé visa, must have receipt of paid IV fee from local bank.

Thank you. I was confused NVC says bring originals of all the documents i have uploaded  to the interview. For joint sponsor what documents do I need other than tax returns. Do i also need their copy of passport or ID?

Hello Guys I have a question. Do I need to bring original affidavit of support form to the interview? I have a joint sponsor, I need to know if original form will be required with his wet signature.

I'm scared hope it doesn't change the dq date or delay interview letter 

I have to upload 2020 tax return and affidavit of support. When should I upload it. Now or once the IL is received. I was DQd on Sept 22 20

If your visa petition is currently processing at the National Visa Center, do not let more than one year pass without contacting NVC. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Are they sending ILs once a month. How many they have been sending approximately.

Any new ILs?

What documents are needed to bring to the interview? Also what's the next step after receiving the interview letter?

Can husband apply for US visa for different category he is currently in process for his IR1 visa?

Guys i have a question. The passport I uploaded for my husband on NVC is lost. We DQ'd on Sept 22. We have a new passport for him i also need to upload new tax return 2020 on NVC website. I was wondering if uploading the new documents will change my DQ date or will i get a new dq date. What should i do in this scenario I don't want them to change my dq date it would delay the interview date.

@Haris77 oh @&$t i put Yes for this question for my husband but i guess the answer should have been No. is that going to be a problem? Does everyone get a letter to do medical exam? Regardless what their answer is to that question.

Did the embassy open? How did you have interview aren't us embassy closed in Pakistan?
