i read this topic very attentively,but for some reson i still have some questions,so if someone already come over this emigration process and used this short cuts,we would be very gratefull to hear your answer on such questions:

1)Can i send DS-3032 Choice of Agent throw the e-mail as a letter,as the instruction says in teh first page of this topic,or i need to download this form from the special link ,fill her and sent ?

if i need to download and send this form,so what do i need to do with the stuff that are written on the first page of this topic EXPIRATION DATE: 12/31/2006"? ? Can they cancel my form because of this???

2)Do i need to pay for AoS-Fee-Bill using the personal check,or i need to pay for thi using only money order or cashier's check ?

3)ON what exact adress do i need to send AoS-Fee-Bill?

We are anxiously waiting for your help on these questions,and also if soemone could help us with answering only for 1 or 2 questions,we anyway will be very glad to hear these,

Can you help us with advice,

after NOA2 on Cr1 and K3 we don't know what kind of visa to do K3 or Cr1,how do you think what is tehe generall timeline after NOA2 for K3 and what is the generall timeline for CR1?

You all probably know what it is to wait day by day without any news weather you was approved or not,and finally when we get our proval in CR1 and K3 we want so much to be together,but we don't know what to do,couse anyway CR1 we want definitely to make in Ukraine.

I have to say they can deny it at the embassy level or issue you AR/AP if they feel something needs to be investigated or your security checks have not finished and came back as clear. For Islamabad they will take a person and keep them in AR/AP and they call them back to the consulate, call the USC in the states, or will send them a letter stating that they are going to NOIR/NOID the case. NOIR or NOID is Notice of Intent to Revoke or Deny the petition.

The average timelien is 6 month for both of this forms,sometimes (in many cases) it comes quicker,but there are some cases when you need to wait more then this.

Haven't been around here in awhile and I'm just curious as to what the average wait time for an I-130 approval is right now? I guess I should also ask how the I-129F's are going as well? Or maybe the I-130's are getting approved before or around the same time as the I-129's. Thanks for any help!

I talked to a lady at CSC this morning. Had to call to get some info. She was very nice and helpful. She looked into my I-129f progress and told me they were evaluated cases with dates up to April 9th at the moment. Said that she estimated that I should have a response in the next 30 days or maybe even sooner. Have to wait and see.

We are doing the same,every day we ex-change e-mails and talk for 1-3 hour a day throw skype and webcam,

So thanks God we finally receive our approval yesterday,hope only for few month we need to be apart till we be together!

Hello Guys,I noticed that most of you are probably tired of all this waiting during the visa is making,but I noticed that I guess probably all couples could come over this period of time with enough courage and patience and strong will power even if they are far away from each other,

One of my friend from Ukraine was approved today,they sent their I-130 form in March and today he noticed the e-mail of their approval for Cr1 in his e-mail box!

Oh,i am so happy for them!!!!!!Hope our approval will be soon!

Oh,it is a pitty that they are so slow,i am just curious weather they have enough people to make this background checks,because seems that 1)that don't have enough people that do this job or

2)they don't care that couples are waiting.

In both of this cases i guess they should have hire more people and especially those who is waiting for CR! don't make to wait longer then those who is making only a K1

It will be a year waiting for the noa2 aug 15. Not much you can do. They say they are doing background checks

Hello Everyone! I have a question concerning a visa for my husband (as of one and a half weeks!). I am American, but my husband is Russian. He lives in Moscow, and I am currently studying in Canada. We got married here in Moscow, but only the ZAGs wedding. We are planning a second, church wedding in New York for next May. That will be the one for my family and friends. I have already reserved a reception venue and made arrangements with the pastor and the church for next May, so everything is set--except for my husband's visa. He has never been to the States, or out of the country in general, except to Turkey. He applied for a tourist visa once, but was denied. After the wedding, we are coming back to Moscow for one year, because I will be doing my graduate coursework in Mosocw. But after that year, we are planning on moving to the States. So the problem is, what type of visa should he apply for? With an immigration visa you have to spend more than half of the year in the United States, but we are coming back to Moscow after the wedding. So I was thinking that he needs a tourist visa, but I have heard that he is not guaranteed a tourist visa just because he is married to an American citizen, and that they may be suspicious that he will try to stay there on a tourist visa. I am really worried about the fact that he may be denied after I have made all the wedding arrangements there already. He really just needs to go over for 1-2 months, that's it. So is a tourist visa the best way to go? Besides the necessary documents, I guess I write him the invitation, and also I will try to provide a copy of the reception contract and a letter from the pastor. Unfortunately, I don't have any documentation from the graduate program yet, that would prove I'm coming back to Moscow. Has anyone had a similar situation? Any advice would be helpful, concerning type of visa, approximate processing times, how to improve his chances, and what's the possibility of him getting turned down?

Hello Alexandra,i guess it would be very hard to find such type of visa for your husband,since they always conect this to the possibility that he will stay there,and even if in Russian for some reaosn he could get this visa,there is not a garantee that in the airport he will be allowed to stay in your country,but you could try,who knows may be this day in teh embassy will work a nice person who could understand your situation...

From personal experience I know it's possible, it's not 100% it all depends the Ukraine citizen has enough evidence to convince the officer at the embassy. Honestly I think it is worth a try... it's your decision. I don't think that anybody here will ever tell you that you will get a tourist visa. Immigration in the US is not a perfect science

Take all the evidence you have and if you have some extra money to pay for the fee, try!

Why you are so sure about Ukraine?

I recently on another forum read that 2 girls form my country that was making a CR1 visa could get a tourist visa,besides them there was 20 girls that could get a tourist visa while waiting for K3,and only 1 gilr that could get a tourist visa while making a K1

Ukraine to USA tourist visa is probably not going to work. The US citizen visiting the Ukraine spouse is the best bet. A few countries have both choices available but most foreign fiance(e)s and spouses cannot visit the US during the process.

\Please clarify. Are you saying it's not allowed or they won't qualify?

Technically it is certainly allowed but from most countries a visitor visa will not be granted to a single female whether a petition is filed or not. The chances are even slimmer when in the midst of a family based visa process.

On the flip side, we must have people from Canada asking a similar question daily. The answer is quite different.

We are waiting for I-130 for 128 days

and I-129f 118 days

All your Congressman would get is a letter from USCIS stating your petitions were still within their normal processing times.

Pushbrk is correct. The congressman can't speed up the process any. They can inquire, but they are not allowed by law to pressure them, at least that is what a letter from them told me.

I'm from Georgia and someone from John Linder's office called me at my desk and I have talked to her a few times.

If you are waiting for the p2, the amount of days you are waiting are not very long. Augest 15, it will be 1 year wating for my p2. I do have a different situation, but I have contacted a senator and a congressman and it did not speed anything up.
