I'm confused about the direction/ visa I need. I'm married to my wife Indonesian/government approved and registered there 5 yrs. Early 2020 legally married in Texas. Have a child 4 yrs duel citizenship. Have a step son national Indonesian. Wife and step son have visitor visas. 4 yrs old is set. I wish to bring them over to USA. Which visa would apply for a green card?? 1R-1 and CR2. Or ????? And applying for whichever visa do they have to be in USA or Indonesian during the process..
