Hi everyone, my mom got into the us almost a month a go and I paid for her green card before she arrived to the us. But up until now she hasn't even received her ssn card or her green card. Please how can I track both ssn card and green card. Thanks. And please if there is a link can you please share. Thanks 

My mums visa was issued but no sealed envelope. Should I be worried about it. Ir5 in Ghana. The visa has With 221g 2B on it.thanks and we are traveling tomorrow. 

I went to their office two days after I saw the issued. I saw issued on cec tracker on Thursday and went today and got it am so happy. I can try with my mum back to the us. I made a request at dhl office in person two days after the interview and paid 51 gh cedis, then after I saw the issued I went to their head office where I made the payment today and got the visa. No notification, nothing. Some people were complaining they didn't receive any notification. Please go there some days after you see issued. Remember it is Ghana we are talking about you need to take a step. All the best. 

I just got the visa today at dhl. I received it. 

I just got my mums visa when I went to dhl today after I saw issued on Thursday. It took one week for dq for my mum and hubby 2 weeks. 

We went to dhl today and guess what we got the visa on hand. Go there yourself or else forget it. This is Ghana

    Did you check ceac tracker because I know it shows ready before your visa interview. 

Why did you check the status is it ceac tracker. 

Please my mums visa says issued but DHL hasn't sent me any pickup notice yet even though I have pays the money for collection. Please did you go to their office after you saw that the visa was issued. Please help me.. 

My visa has been issued according to ceac tracker. But DHL has not contacted me. How do I get my visa on hand. I am from Ghana please help me

My mums case still says administrative processing after her interview after they gave her a slip for collection. I don't know why. This is in Ghana. Please help me.

My mum recently got approved after her interview for Ir5 in Ghana, they took her passport and my birth certificate . She was given this letter from the. Embassy to email dhl for passport and visa and my birth certificate. I contacted DHL in ghana but they said I shd contact them till the visa is ready. Please how do I know that the visa is ready at the embassy . Please help me. especially someone from Ghana. Thank you 

Hello everyone, please I am a US  citizen and yesterday my mum was approved during her interview. They took her passport and my birth certificate and gave her this form to email dhl for passport and visa collection. At USVAD@dhl.com. How do I know her visa is ready so I can contact DHL. Please this is us embassy in ghana. Thank you. 

I opened both my mums and husband ceac login on Nvc  even though they have been approved/ documentary qualified in March 2020 and waiting for their interview due to covid, but can I upload my 2019 taxes since it is allowing me to or wait till they go for their interview, thanks. 

They emailed me to cancel it today due to the covid my mum's interview they said all immigration interviews for July to September are cancelled till further notice and they will reschedule when they see fit. 

My mum was schedule to attend her immigration interview ir5  in March and was cancelled due to Covid 19 but later reschedule in September should she still go despite the EO.Thanks
