I am a US citizen and lives in South Texas (RGV) I have accepted a new job that requires training in San Antonio for 1 Month. My wife has filed adjustment of status and also apply for her EAD. She recently had her biometrics done 3 weeks ago. I am worried about the documentations we need to pass the checkpoint leaving the RGV. She come in with a tourist visit, but we got married here. Is the NOA enough?

I have not heard anything back since my NOA1 in July. Should i be worry? 

I had the same issue and they fix it for us pretty fast. Took them like a week for me to get a notice they correct it

Hello, I got the NOA1 in the mail today, but my beneficiaries name is misspelled. Her last name is SØrdal but instead they put SERDAL. Her date of birth and country of birth is correct. I was wondering if I should just leave this alone or if I should contact USCIS.

Just got my NOA1. They revived my forms on June 29th

We sent ours and it was pick up on Monday the 29th. I have not gotta notice of my card being charge yet. 

Hey I just come back from Norway seeing my son and my fiancee. I am a USA citizen but I was allowed to travel to see my family. Delta, SAS, and a few other airlines are flying everyday out of Copenhagen and Amsterdam to the USA. The prices are high, but they will fly you if you have the correct paperwork to enter the USA. Once inside the USA I had no trouble finding planes back to my city. Hope it helps
