My fiance went to his interview today and they said that he needed further evidence, they said i had to get a das letter( entrances and exits from colombia) and that I needed to go back to the interview with him. I am confused because I have live here all my life and have travel down to colombia only a few times. I now am a us citizen and i petition for him , does anyone know what is going on!!!!!!!! please help Diana

HI, I RECENTLY WAS APPROVED FOR A K-129F AND CURRENTLY AT THE NVC WAITNG FOR IT TO BE SEND TO EMBASSY. MY QUESTION IS THAT ME FIANCE ASKED ME IF HIS SON THAT IS 12 YRS OLD NEEDS BLOOD WORK?? HE TELLS ME HIS SON HAS ALL HIS SHOTS.... NOW ANOTHER ? DOES HE HAVE TO GET THE CHECKUP WITH DAD IN BOGOTA ??? HE WAS INCLUDED IN THE PETITION WITH HID DAD .WE COULD USE HELP FROM OTHERS WHO HAVE ALREADY CROSSED THIS PATH. THANKS DIANA

Can anyone tell me if my fiance's son needs to fill out a DS230 form ? I already received the BGT# and just waitng for it to arrive Bogota to use shortcut. Okay I know I need to send Copy of 1st page of fiance's passaport, DS230 part1 and OF-169. Now does the 12 year old need to do this too???? Thankyou for any help I can get Diana

It's great hearing words of encouragement because I just received a RFE Boy did I cry I am so scared that they ask for something impossible... it sounds stupid but it's the stress . seeing your timeline it made me feel better that RFE isn't going to stop the process...... I was wondering if I should send my REF response back to CSC by Express overnight (Fed-ex) or regular USPS airmail? Can express mail be mailed to the CSA since the address is a P.O. Box number?

Hi, I believe you are better off sending it USPS because FED-EX doesn't deliver to P.O. Box
