My sister applied for my petition under F4 category way back in 2003. I have a problem. My Dad's Middle name in my sisters birth certificate is VARGOS and in my birth certificate it is BARGOS. Are we going to have a problem with the USCIS once they ask for our birth certificate in the future? or would it be alright since we have the same mother as well. And another question our parents marriage certificate also indicated my Dads middle name as BALGOS and his correct middle name is really VARGOS. We tried to get his birth certificate at the PSA but they said that he had no record of birth found. My Father passed away 8 years ago. Please help! Thanks.
