We are going to have our AOS interview next month, we finished all the forms ourselves and did not hire an attorney, Yet my husband thinks that it may be better to have an attorney to be in the interview, but I am thinking that if we have an attorney only in the interview yet not with us from the beginning of the AOS application, will that cause the interview officer's concern and make him or her think that our case has a problem so we have an attorney in the interview? Please give some advice, and share your experience if you have any situation before like ours. Thank you in advance!

Three weeks ago, my fingerprints were taken, but the fingerprit officer didn't return the biometrics appointment notice to me, so I don't have the biometrics appointments notice with me (I read some people have it with a stamp on it) My interview appointment is on 16th of September, so will it a problem for me without the stampled biometrics appointment notice? Did anyone experience interview without the stamped biometrics notice being fine? any response is highly appreciated.

They stamped Andre's and gave it back to him too. We did not have an interview so I don't know what they ask for at an interview. Sorry.

I took my fingerprint three weeks ago and the officer had me sign on the notice but she didn't return the notice to me, I read that some members have their stamped biometrics notice when they have their interview, I am worried about that, please give me some information about it, Does different sevices have different rules? thank you in advance!

Please help! I filled the wrong category a(6) instead of c(9) in I-765 form, yet I sent my I-485 form in one envelop with I-765 to the right place, Chicago, I read some posts that someone also made the mistake and he did officially service request to change the wrong category to the right category and he got approved. I called the 1-800-375-5283 and they said that I don't have a way to change the mistake, and there are not officially service request. I am confused, and I am waiting EAD to start my job, I worried about it very much now, any advice is highly appreciated.
