I have applied for IV for my father. His case has been in AP for several months now after his interview. Embassy is asking for another examination report with visa photos. It could be a good news but status hasnt changed. My assumption is that he has to go to Wilcare and get another report, but this time he doesn't have his passport. He submitted his passport to US embassy after the interview. Any experience?

And how will he send those reports, through SpeedEx, I am assuming. Please help!

My mother is going to file for my dad, Mom is US citizen but they live in Pakistan, just was wondering if it is better to file his I-130 through DCF or should I file from within US.

And what would be the procedure to submit paper work. Not finding any help!!! Please help!!!!

We tried to send the I-130 papers to embassy but satellite office told that we need some letter or some number from embassy of Pakistan to apply for I130 within staying in Pakistan. Not sure what they are talking about? What do I need to send my mom back home?

So he already interview at the embassy? If so, he can call the embassy for an update or his wife can either call the DOS or congressman to find out what is going on. Did they give him a reason for the delay? Maybe they requested more evidence or a document was missing.

Its been more than 8 months my brother in law waiting for his visa. His wife has applied for him but no call yet. The ppl who were interviewed same day have got their visa but my brother in law hasnt recieved any call yet. Anybody have any idea how to trace where his case is stucked? or How about having a lawyer for him? Please guide.

I got my I130 approval notice stating that if i want to pursue this petition i may have to file I824.

I dont what the heck it is about? i dont need duplicate approval notice.

Could i sent a copy of what i recieved in my mail box to my spouse in home country. Or do i have to file this form along with its fee.

If yes i m pretty sure who will file and where. Like i will file or my spouse in pakistan will file this..??

I got my I-129F approved just 10 min ago. Half an hour before i was on visajourney.com and praying for my self. and after 20 mins i got my notice.

Now what should i do? should i go and send the copies of I-130 and I-129F to home country? or what other things that are necessary to be taken care of?

what documents does my wife needs for reference??

I'm sorry but it is not clear who is who in this scenario. Would you be kind enough to explain again avoiding pronouns like her and she that indicate who she and her are in the story.

You can use your current job to qualify as a sponsor but you are still required to file tax returns or cite the IRS regulation that exempts you.

Your sister must honestly and accurately complete and submit an I-864 for CR1 or AOS or/and I-134 for K3 visa with supporting documentation. You do the same. This includes US tax returns or a citation of the IRS regulation that exempts her or you from filing, and why.
