Mostly it shouldn’t be a problem as a juvenile (assuming it wasn’t a serious crime, which I’m guessing it wasn’t with a community service sentence), but you have to declare it in the part of the DS260 that asks if you were ever convicted of a crime. The one thing that might be a problem even as a juvenile would be if it was for selling drugs.

Hi everyone! My fiance got selected on Dv lottery 2021 and we are going to marry before doing the Ds260...my question is that i have a problem in my paste...when i was 16 years i comitet a little crime and i go to court ..... Court gave me 47 hours of work in community for the crime because I was minoren...in the police certificate that dont resulte pasted 9 years now....can this be a problem for the visa? Thank you...

You can go with her if you marry her BEFORE she gets her visa.  Marry her now and both of you can immigrate together.  The US Embassy will suspect fraud, so be prepared to show that you have had a relationship BEFORE now and be able to prove it.
