sydney finally got my visa to me today

2 days before i fly out, after already re-booking once

guys do yourselves a favour dont book your flights until you got that sucker in your hot little hands

man, i thought i was gonna have to rebook again

they sent me an email response yesterday, saying the visa "should" be issued and mailed today

then immeadiatly after, sent another email saying they would like to recall the original reply.....#######?

after a sleepless night last night,it finally happened....the nightmare is over

2 more sleeps to go........

after 1o months of seperation,the sydney consulate finally got my visa to me today

i had already re-booked my flights once, due to them taking 2 weeks to issue my k-3

its teusday evening in australia,and at 11am on thursday, im going home to my family in jacksonville, Fl

its been a long ### haul,but folks, there is light at the end of the tunnel

after going through a very similar experience at my AOS interview in 06, to then be arrested ,detained and deported, my heart goes out to anyone who has been bullied and mistreated by these arrogant,uneducated zealots.

it is way past time that adjudicators realise that what they are dealing with is not just files and applications, it is in fact, our lives, and those of our USC loved ones

Im not a vindictive individual,but i pray, that people like Jay, and the adjudicator who tore my family apart, are one day made to suffer the same hardships they place upon us

it is the only way that they will ever learn the meaning of compassion,understanding, and the need for equal and fair treatment

neph i know its tough my wife is a cancer patient and uscis doing to us what they did has not helped

she was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma and they treated her aggresivly with triple the regular dose of chemo

uscis didnt care about her rights when they deported me,however, by the grace of god,she survived and im goin home

i know its a long haul, but the prize at the end is worth it

dont lose faith guys it'll happen

we will all be with our loved ones in the end

i had my flights booked for monday,but as of yesterday afternoon{ friday, sydney time} i still have not received my passport and mbe
