For the K-3 visa, do I need three years of tax returns? I only have 2006, so does anybody know where I can get free copies of my tax returns? I'm assuming the IRS but I know they are not that dependable!

My husband and I just filed our K-3 visa (I'm the US citizen and his is a UK citizen) and I am worried about the income requirements. For the past three years, I worked just part-time and made just $12,000 a year. I'm now working full-time and will make more but this just started a few months ago. I have no assets, no cash, nothing. I've heard mixed stories that my husband can add his assets and pension to help me meet the income requirements. He has about $200,000 equity in his home which he will sell when he moves to the USA and a $20,000 pension. Can he add these or no?
