Seems like folks on Reddit are reporting similar issues since the redesign:
https://www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/comments/mnk810/we_have_mailed_a_request_for_evidence_to_you_this/The consensus there seems to be that this is a bug and that they are not expecting to see anything.
On my end, I contacted someone via USCIS Live Chat (http://ceciva.uscis.gov/Alme) and they said that a Tier 2 person will call me back within two weeks.
Yay. Waiting game.

I just logged in and saw I have this exact same notice. It doesn’t show the date the notice was posted. Nothing under the documents tab yet either. Gah!
Same - I wonder if this is a bug due to this design update or if we all indeed have RFEs to look forward to.
Please let me know if you see an update/an actual PDF on there with the RFE letter.

Same boat (and receipt date) out in the Bay Area.
However, in the logged in view and via snail mail, I got an additional notification for Biometrics reuse and I believe others got their Interview notices that way too, so I would check that in case you haven't logged in a while...

Hi everyone,
I just got a text saying there is an update to my case and that i should check the status online. I went and checked and it shows
"As of July 11, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC209******, have been applied to your case."
So thats great news! I am wondering if my call to USCIS a month ago did a thing and put my case on the radar, since i know some people are still waiting for any updates. I have a friend who filed a few months before me from the same geo area and she is still waiting.
same here for our 11/2019 WAC209xxx application, but without a call or any action on our part other than waiting...

Hey, sorry, I hope my message didn't come off as suggesting that I was judging you or anything you did or didn't do - I'm just surprised that this law is still on the books more than anything...
