  1. Hello !

After a long and grueling 706 days I finally had my interview in Montreal and quickly got approved. So right now I don't have m,y passport and was told I'll get it back in 3 to 6 weeks. I was given a sheet that says to use https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv/users/sign_in/iv to track my passport. Right now on that page it Current Status: Appointment I assume it's not updated in real time do I need to check there daily to see when I'll have a tracking number for my passport or do you also receive a notice by email ?

Thanks ! It feels really good to see the light at the end of this long tunnel.

  2. Just got an auto-reply stating

    Dear applicant,

Please check back our system from time to time. Your case will then be available to register very soon.

You can however appear for your interview with your appointment letter from NVC, and register your case in our system at a later time.

So I guess it's just a question of waiting.

  3. Hello,

I received my interview interview appointment at the Montreal Ambassy for September 13 and in the first stee they ask ''Register your interview appointment online with our free courier service before attending the visa interview''. I folowed the link filled out all the field and on my case number it says is not ready for an appointment ? Anyone experienced this ? I didn't think any chances and email their support at the provided email which is canada_contactus+ca+ivcasenumber+en@visaops.net included the subject they wanted, filled what they needed but I never got an ackowledgement from their email system that they got it, is it normal ? Did I mess up or I just wait ?

  4. Hello !

I'm new on this website really useful so far. My case is now at the NVC and I'm also using Boundless to help in my immigration process. I'm at the point where I gotta have my transcripts and diploma translated and evaluated for their US equivalent. Nothing really complicated I have my high school diploma and a vocational school diploma, which are both in French so they will also need to be translated in English.

I'm wondering if anybody here has some recommendation ? There's a lot of partner here I just figured since I found this forum recently maybe some of you would have recommendation for me.
