Yes my congressman is doing same and I have very well known lawyer based on New York unfortunately not much can be done. I have discussed with him about WOM per him since case already left state WOM can’t be filed for oversees embassies . I tried convincing him that I have seen ppl with success he said in his 40 year career he has never seen one but for US based cases he does WOM all the time.
One of my friend did it and he got success, he gave me the same lawyer number I talked to him he said yes, he can do it. Im a take a risk.

Yes that's the thing with this embassy they don't inform people and at end send case back to USCIS. You can find invoice number from interview e mail in my case it was showing incomplete then upon resubmitting they marked it completed again with a check mark.
you send them email or doing inquiry online?

You can check status of your ds260 from https://ceac.state.gov/IV . For me at one point it started to show as incomplete, so I resubmitted all other information on that form was same they just added one additional question about social media.
For me I had to to filled all those questionnaire and send it to them. I'm trying to find my nvc invoice number for checking my ds260, but they should contact us if something is incomplete or wrong.

It was Feb 2018, and I never resubmitted, after the interview they asked me about those documents and told me if they need anything else they will contact me

It used to say "Administrative Processing" but then for almost every case which is in pending they changed it to "Refused". So currently it's showing Refused
My case change from refuse to expired.

yep I had interview on Sep 05 2018 was asked to provide I-864-A and next day questionnaires e mail ever since case is sitting in administrative processing. I sent out an e mail every month which they replied back with same BS, last update on case without any inquiry was on May 12 2020.
Your AP saying "Expire" or I'm the only lucky guy . They asked my wife same things I-864A and questionnaire.

This is common with cases that have been in AP For over a year. Email the embassy and they will eventually turn it back to Administrative Processing.
Thank you, I'm having heart attacks lol

Sounds like you will need to refile if you still want to petition her. The second sentence says that they had contacted you about reinstating the application, but you left it too long.
i never received any email, any mail or any phone calls.

So the previous petition was a K1 petition right?
i never filled K 1 for her

@Assad I am not sure what happened but that petition is done...dead and buried...you will have to start all over again .. I dont know what kind of petition it was but I know K1 does not last for more than one year. So if it was K1 , the way forward is get married and file CR1/Ir1 . If it was CR1/Ir1 then maybe you should consider filling again...I hear you can appeal CR1/Ir1...but am sorry I dont know anything about that.
Thank you, i got married and i filled it for her
