I submitted all the required documents for NVC to my wife's sponsoring. She is a medical doctor in her home country and also she has an invitation to involve the COVID research form a newly startup company in the USA. Under these circumstances, Is there any possibility to proceed with her green card interview? I saw, there are exemptions for certain categories in Presidential executive order.
