I need help! I am applying for AOS from B2 through marriage (abandoned K-1)

My health insurance in my home country should have been canceled. However, there was a mistake and they kept charging me money, sending letters ect. I did not get the letters until now. I got a notice from court, it said that I owe around 200 euros. So I paid that. Now, my question is whether it is a criminal charge/violation? What should I right in the section about charges?

We are going to get married in a couple of weeks here and apply for AOS asap. I want to take my husband's last name. How does it work with all the paper work for AOS?

What is odd, is stating that 'Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center".  So reading this, it means that the NVC already established an interview BEFORE it gets to the embassy (I assume that needs confirmation that it's acceptable)?

Anyone else get the same notice? My NOA2 was May 20th, 2020.
 

 

Congrats!!! I just checked my status and it is still at NVC.... Our NOA2 is June 18th

Hey guys!!! Just wondering if any of you have heard something new from the embassy? We got our NOA2 in June and I am curious about the timeline and when I potentially receive the Pocket 3. I have a tourist visa and think whether it makes sense to visit my fiancé now or wait until I get my visa. Just wondering how long it can take....

I called them a couple of days ago, that said they didn't know when the k1 visa interviews will be resumed... I assume in 2021

The best is to get your vaccinations there or get an antibodies test to prove you have been vaccinated.

I assume you haven't been through the medical, have you? 

Thanks for your advice! No, not yet. It is pretty expensive to do all the vaccins again, but I guess I have no other option. I have to ask them about an antibodies test, but it should be pricy too. 

Hi guys! I have a problem. I am 99% sure that I have got all the vaccination needed. However, my vaccination records were lost, as in Ukraine we still don't have an electronic data base. Any ideas how to fix this situation? Can I do vaccination in the US after I arrive (before filling for AOS)?? Or is there other way to prove that I actually got all the vaccination?? 

Does anybody know when the embassy in Vienna open up?
