As i was filing out the N-400 form, I got stuck on question 28 in Part 12 of the application: Have you ever been in jail or prison? I would like to know if being in jail in my country of origin falls into that category.? and if that's the case, should i answer yes? even tho, i was arbitrarily arrested and was never judged or convicted of any crimes.
