 Refused entry on VWP is the same thing as exclusion?

One more question. i was refused entry on VWP in 2005 in part 12, they don't ask if i was denied entry to USA, questions 33-36 only mention about removed, excluded, or deported. do these apply to me?

Part 10 on N-400 is asking about previous spouse information.

I don't know my previous spouse Immigration status when my marriage ended

I don't know his DOB

I don't know his country of citizen ship or nationality 

I think i know where he was born

what should i put in, Uknown?

All they wrote my passport was "VWPPRR FUSED, 02/0/2005" I have no idea that the letters or numbers mean". But since then i have been travelling to UK on my Green card and every time they would send me another area when they would check my file and let me go. No questions ask.

I dont own that passport anymore. As i had to get a new passport. But i made a copy of the page.

We got our Immigrant visa approved. Before we come to USA the first time we would like to go to India for vaccation for one week and then come to USA, would there be an issue if we go to some other country before coming to USA???

I would suggest calling congress man for your statte and ask for help...they would advice you who is best lawyer for your case...hope this helps and good luck

Im probably the most saddest and frustrated person here ...!

My VISA packet with THE Brown envelope arrived today by post and as i was at work..it was opened by my mother-in-law and guess what...she opened THE brown Packet by mistake !!

I Really do not know what i am i supposed to do now ??? im really tensed.

Please provide me your suggestions as to what am i supposed to do now !!

I am so sorry about what happened...I think you should contact the embassay and tell them about it...

That's the thing there are no numbers to get in touch with the embassy and they won't let me in unless I have an appointment and to make an appointment i have to email them and they reply back in 2 weeks

Just wanted to let everyone know that ..I have the VISA with the Packet now.

I got the packet , albeit with a Price of 335 $ .

Well....im glad i have it now.
