Our family applied i-131, Travel Document, re-entry permit based on permanent resident applying for a re-entry permit on October 2021.

And then, last week February 21, 2023, I-131 Case Was Denied.

What can we do? Can we reopen and USCIS reconsider our I-131, again?

We did not revive a denial notice by letter yet.

We had greencard since March 2021, and applied I-131 on October 2021. USCIS revived a fee on December 2021.

We received I-797C, and had finger print on  April, 2022.

I did recently call USCIS to reschedule my family biometrics appointment for I-131, reentry permit.

A lady at USCIS said I can not specify the appointment date and USCIS will reply within 30days.

And the status of I-131 has been "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" since receiving receipt number, I-797C on Dec 8, 2021.

Questions:

1. Can we check the latest status and confirm the reschedule?

2. Can we arrange the biometrics appointment date?

3. Can we directly contact USCIS?

Our case is processed under Nebraska Service Center, and email address, cscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov is not available now.

Is that ok for dv w/ PP10014 to enter into US from now?

Or, still wait ? need any extra papers????

What happens when entering into US DV2020 visa /w PP10014 now?

1. Flight - can not fly as airplane ?

2. Can enter into US as immigration ? - Deportation

3. OK to enter, but no greencard will not

4. DV2020 will expire on March 2021, but will be extended, if wish, and pay and having healthcare again?

Or, as you mentioned, the worst is my family will make visa sponsor and wait for long time to approve ???

DV2020 Visa will expire early March, and #PP10014 is by the end of March.

Can not enter US.

What happens DV2020 Visa?

Just wait for expiration? No extension?

Some DV2020 faced the same, right?

DV2021 and other visas would be start from 1st April or later after #PP10014,

but DV2020 would not

In the case of my family, my family start to live in the US and myself can not enter into US

My family was issued VISA on Apr, and extended on Sep. Visas will be expire early March.

Because waited for me as well as COVID. Anyway, before BAN and w/o PP10014.

Can I enter into US to activate and fine to receive greencard?

We're the greencard winner, and have already been issued visa from the immigration office.

Because of COVID-19, can we have the activation trip of greencard now, and activate DV-2020?

Or need to wait?

Is that better to extend the expire date to the end of September?
