My case was approved after been wating a month an half for welcome letter from nvx when i check it uscis account i saw notice on top case closed but still approve what mean

I canceled k1 year an half ago because we been married we didnt know that we not allowed to apply for k1 visa while we married no more fiance i started from the beginning applied for i-130 and my i-130 was approved this is diffrent case now my i-130 was approved my question is why on the uscis account see notice say case closed i stil approval?
