I am thinking of going into further Education get another qualification (for IT). it would be government assisted in payment(i forget the name of the program but its similar to new deal)

Yes, the concern is about the immigrant becoming a public charge in the US. If your sponsor qualifies, that's all that matters.

I dropped out of school in the uk at the age of 16 (done my GCSE the government messed up my results so i got someone elses grades.) since i left school ive gained and NVQ level 1 it NVQ level 2 Business association and currently studying to take my A+ in Computer technician.

all i say is most of the teachers that taught at my school have no left due to bullying by the pupils who cant even spell swear words right and from what I hea the Teachers have to learn basic POLISH #######,

I live in the uk and my friend lives on a farm on the otherside of town and he said that anyone can own a Shotgun from the ages of 17 & up as long as they pay the £118 in fees every 5 years. especially now as they have the RIGHT to evoke martins law if the burglar trespasses within there home. (they HAVE to be in the house for this to be legal). but there is still no reason why any1 should have to "protect" there homes with SMG or even rocket propelled grenade launchers as seen on tv.

of course stabbing some1 and claiming self defence works (too well in my town im sorry to say)

I didnt think i was truly alone without my g/f until i had to goto my brothers wedding in poland (great fun lots of drink) it just wasnt the same without her.

i remember 1 morning waking up and having this dream about her so i rolled over to tell her and she wasnt there. sooo sad for the rest of the day.

if i didnt wear her engagement ring around my neck (on a neclace ) i think i would of probably thrown myself onto the krakow ground.

ah well i heard about the h1b visa stuff coming to an end so that made me happy knowing i can see my "very soon-to-be" wife again.

im just on vacation here though i did propose to my g/f (whos a us citizen) so ill be applying for k1f status in the next few days

ok thanks for clearing that up for me. I was worried and 4got immigration/customs are 2 different things lol.

ok when you go through an airport you get to customs. they take your information ask business or pleasure where your gonna be staying etc etc then they ask you for your passport and they stamp it and allow you to go on your way.

the last 2 times they stamped a blank page in my passport (declaring where i have been in the past) but this time they had stamped the card (and not the passport) that they take from me once i leave the country.

i am just wondering will that cause me any greif going home because of an error the customs officer had done.

sorry what i meant to say was i am currently on vacation (why im on the vwp) and instead of stamping the pages of my British passport they stamped the VWP (the little green card they staple) into my book.

hydrogen will be good for cars good for rainforests good for drive thru's

as hydrogen only "waste" is water it will help the environment but, it will evaperate and create more rain clouds (especially in citys if alot of people have a hydrogen car)so making the world "wetter"ratrher than better for us and our flood insurance cost more.

Help I have been to columbus airport 3 times and the 3rd time instead of stamping in my passport they stamped the visa waiver program card instead.

I have to leave the us in a few days and im worried what will happen when go back to columbus.
