What are the documents needed to file with DS-260 and when to submit them.  Do I have to wait until they ask for supporting evidents?  and what about qualifying children of the beneficiary.  When do I have to file their visa and are they have the same appointment time as the parents?

Yes I did my applications separately, one for each beneficiary. 

I don't know if you could do that or maybe changed now but when my parents were migrated to the US.  My sister filed for both of them in one application.  My mother was the beneficiary and father was also qualify as the husband.  Maybe things changed I would like to know more thanks
